Service Description

This service includes turning on requested lights, fans, A/C or Heat (depending on the season), dehumidifiers, water heater, gutter heating cables and checking on the sump pump. We will water your plants prior to arrival, and arrange to have the driveway plowed if desired. We will also turn down bed linens and turn on electric blankets if requested.
