Service Description

This service includes the Cabin Climate option (turning on requested lights, fans, A/C or Heat (depending on the season), dehumidifiers, water heater, gutter heating cables and checking on the sump pump. We will water your plants prior to arrival, and arrange to have the driveway plowed if desired. We will also turn down bed linens and turn on electric blankets if requested.) Plus the following services: Restocking Toiletries, towels, first aid products, soap and sunscreen related products, paper goods and general grocery shopping. (This service covers the labor in obtaining the goods, the client will be billed for the actual cost of goods purchased.) We also will set breakfast/dinner tables for those who wish to have the dining area ready before they arrive.
